My name is Clinton Fonseca, and I’m the managing partner of Sadowski & Company. We joined the program in June 2019, and now, in January 2024, I can confidently say that Rob Nixon’s team has changed our lives.

The process of implementing changes has been gradual and tailored to our specific needs. We’ve benefited massively from the shared experiences of other firms in the program, learning how they sequenced their changes—whether it was hiring a marketing manager or fulfillment manager, rethinking sales and marketing, exploring outsourcing options, or restructuring the firm. If I have a problem, it’s likely that another firm has faced it and solved it, and then we’re talking.
The program is excellent for maintaining self-discipline, keeping us accountable, and ensuring we know and track our numbers. It has been an absolutely positive change for us, and our only regret is not taking bolder steps sooner.
